Chicken Fajitas



Ingredients (for chicken fajitas):

  1. Boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1 Red onion
  3. 1/2 red bell pepper
  4. Cajun seasoning
  5. Paprika powder
  6. Salt
  7. Black pepper
  8. Olive oil
  9. Tortilla wraps

Ingredients for salsa:

  1. Tomatoes
  2. Chilis
  3. Lime
  4. Cilantro / Coriander leaves


  1. First, warm some tortilla wraps in the microwave for 20 – 30 seconds
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite sized chunks
  3. Slice the onions and bell peppers coarsely
  4. Place the chicken, bell peppers, and onions into a bowl
  5. Add in cajun seasoning, paprika powder, salt, black pepper, and coat them with oil
  6. Mix and stir, until the whole mixture is fully coated with the spices and olive oil
  7. Heat a pan with middle heat, and pour the mixture in, arranging it in such a way that the chicken will touch the surfaces of the pan
  8. Now, let’s make some salsa. By dicing and mincing some tomatoes, and chili peppers
  9. Throw them into a bowl, and squeeze a lime into it.
  10. Chop some cilantros and mix it to the salsa.
  11. Fry the chicken till it is fully cooked.
  12. Serve the fajitas with tortilla wraps and a scoop of salsa next to it.
